Most RTO software bundles the AI into a per-learner price, so the amount you spend on processing is invisible to you. Apollo splits them on purpose.

Paid by you, directly to Anthropic

Apollo runs on your organisation’s own Anthropic account. You are billed at cost by them, and the spend is visible in your own console with a cap you set. Measured at 9.2 cents per submission after the first in a batch.

2the software
A licence per organisation

Not per learner, not per seat, so the bill does not grow with enrolments. One licence per RTO for a fixed term; renewal is a code you paste in.

Customised to your RTO

Apollo is early, and the licence price is not settled

A figure we might change in a month would be worse for you than no figure.

What we can tell you now

The shape: per organisation, for a term, with the AI billed separately to you at cost. If that shape does not work for your RTO, the number will not fix it.

The reason the AI sits on your account is so the cost of marking is yours to see and control.
